PRAYER

Whether you pray by yourself or with a group, pray for children by name, when possible, and boldly go before the throne of God on behalf of boys and girls worldwide!

Stay focused by keeping your Bible nearby. Let God’s Word and His Spirit guide you as you pray.

PREPARE YOUR HEART BEFORE THE LORD

> Humble yourself (2 Chronicles 7:14, Philippians 2:5-8, Matthew 6:5-6, I Peter 5:6)

> Repent of sin (Mark 1:15, Acts 17:30, James 5:16, I John 1:9) Seek first His Kingdom (Matthew 6:33)

> Live righteously (Proverbs 15:29, John 14:15; 16:24, Ephesians 6:14)

 

PRAY THROUGHOUT THE DAY

• In the name and power of Jesus! (Philippians 2:9-11, John 14:13-14, Hebrew 1:2-4)

• As instructed by Scripture (Psalm 119:105, 2 Timothy 3:15-17)

• As guided by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 6:18, Jude 1:20)

• For God’s will to be accomplished (Psalm 40:8, Matthew 18:14, Luke 22:42, John 4:34, Philippians 2:13, IThessalonians 5:18, I Timothy 2:3-4)

•By faith, believing God will answer (Hebrews 11:1, James 5:15, Matthew 7:7-11; 21:22)

•Without ceasing, continually (I Thessalonians 5:17, Acts 1:14)

•For more harvest workers (Luke 10:2)

PRAY FOR CHILDREN’S SPIRITUAL NEEDS (Matthew 18:11)

• Salvation (That EVERY child will hear, understand, and respond to the GOOD NEWS!)

• For boys and girls who cannot hear the gospel, due to government laws and restrictions

• Discipleship (opportunities for spiritual growth, nurturing, and service)

• A copy of the Bible in their own language

• For existing churches to “wake-up” and make children’s ministry a priority

• For new churches to be planted within reach of all children

• For Christian parents and stable families

• For kids to be surrounded by a community of Christ followers and Christian mentors

 

PRAY FOR CHILDREN’S PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS (Mark 10:13-16)

 

• The Human Rights of ALL children in the world

• Unborn babies

• Orphans

• Homeless and runaway kids living on the streets, who need shelter and protection

• Children forced into human trafficking (sex and labor)

• Boys and girls abducted to become soldiers

• Kids whose parents are alcoholics

• Children whose parents are addicted to drugs

• HIV/Aids Victims

• Children in war-torn countries

• Boys and girls who are physically and/or emotionally abused

• Children who are starving, living in poverty, and have no access to clean water

• The sons and daughters of prisoners

• Kids with disabilities and special needs

• Children is need for clothes and shoes

• Boys and girls who have no access to medicine or medical care

• Children without any educational opportunities

• Boys and girls displaced or separated from families by natural disasters

• Children suffering from neglect
